I exclusively provide online counseling for adults in Connecticut, Florida and international expats from a little island called Malta, which is my home-base within the Mediterranean. Online Counseling is simply attending counseling sessions from the comfort and convenience of your own home. I want to make your life easier. Let’s cut the commute, the uncomfortable waiting rooms, and get straight into the work!

All you need is a computer with a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to be during our sessions.

The heart of counseling is simply a conversation with an unbiased, non-judgmental guide. My sole agenda is to support you and help you to grow in one way or another.
