My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support both practical change and deeper healing.
CBT helps us identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behavioral patterns that may be contributing to distress or keeping you stuck. Together, we will explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthier, more effective ways of responding to life’s challenges.
As an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process experiences that continue to affect us in the present. Through EMDR, I help clients process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and lessen the impact of memories that may be contributing to current symptoms, triggers, and patterns. My approach is trauma-informed and recognizes the profound impact that life experiences can have on the nervous system, relationships, self-worth, and overall well-being.
